Human Horizons launches a premium all-electric smart brand, HiPhi, with the vision to change human mobility and define a new breed of vehicles. In addition, the first production-ready prototype vehicle, the HiPhi 1, is revealed to the world and positioned as a premium supercar-inspired electric SUV targeted at the growing global high technology luxury market.

Let’s take a look at the highlights of this all-electric super SUV.
The HiPhi 1 is an all-electric SUV with a body length of 5.2 meters, a width of 2 meters, acceleration of 3.9 seconds at 100 kilometers, drag coefficient of 0.28cd, and range of more than 600 kilometers.
From the exterior, the most attractive feature is its DLP projection headlights. In addition to the traditional functions of lighting and high beam, the HiPhi 1 can also provide functions such as custom projection, intelligent lighting, reminders, tracking, and dynamic interactions.

Looking at the body shape, the door of the HiPhi 1 foregoes traditional door handle design. After facial recognition, the sets of coach doors and gull-wing doors can be opened independently or all at once. Officially it’s called the NT Door System, which allows passengers to egress and ingress more elegantly and with ease.
Looking at the interior, the car uses a 2 by 2 by 2 seating layout. The first and second rows have ventilation, heating and massage functions. The second row can be adjusted in eight directions and multiple dimensions, supporting vertical and horizontal combination to maximize internal space.

At the same time, the HiPhi 1 has a high-strength steel-aluminum body, intelligent air suspension, high-efficiency feedback andenergy-saving systems.. In addition, the HiPhi 1 has more than 500 sensors deployed throughout the vehicle, and it is also equipped with a 5G-V2X communication.
The HiPhi 1 has dual 200kW motors, which is sufficient in power. It is also equipped with a 96 kWh battery pack and claims a range of 600 kilometers.
For the moment, Human Horizons’ first production-ready prototype is very eye-catching in terms of appearance, power parameters, and smart hardware. If all these futuristic parameters and functions can truly be used by consumers, then that should be very exciting.

With the increasing popularity of cloud computing and big data technologies, smart cars may become the carrier of the ecosystem, not just a simple mean of transportation.
We are anticipating smart cars to become as popular as smart phones today, and truly change the way people travel in the future. Perhaps HiPhi 1 will be one of the players to change our means of travel and mobility at large.
